Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards or you can send us a cheque.
Cheques need to be made payable to Silverstick and sent to Silverstick, Studio 9, Star Brewery, Castle Ditch Lane, Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 1YJ. Please write your card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque, as well as a contact telephone number in case we need to get in touch with you regarding the order.

UK Standard Delivery - £3.50 FREE
This means your parcel will be sent Royal Mail first class and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.
UK Next Working Day Delivery - £10.00
This guarantees next working day delivery. Orders need to be placed before 10am on the previous day. Orders placed before 10am on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
Europe Tracked - £12.00 (6-8 days)
Free on orders over £100.
Rest Of The World Tracked - £15.00 (6-8 days)
Free on orders over £150.
European and International deliveries may be subject to delays in customs so your parcel could take longer than the stated times to reach you.

But if you are not 100% happy with one of our products, you can send it back to us and we will repair it, replace it or give you a refund.

free returns & exchanges
Silverstick offers freepost returns and exchanges in the UK on all products apart from sales items.
Fill out the Refund/Exchange instructions on the delivery form and place in in the package along with the item(s) to be returned. Click here to generate a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 label which can be printed at home or any Post Office
Once you've generated your label you will be given the option to arrange a Royal Mail collection for free. Alternatively, you can drop the package at any Royal Mail Post Office or Customer Service Point.
We recommend you ask the post office for a stamped certificate of postage.

gift wrapping
We offer a gift wrapping service for £5.00. You can add this to your order by ticking the box on the shopping cart page. Your order is gift wrapped and delivered with a personalised card message.
aftercare
Wash at 30° - washing your clothing at 30° saves energy and modern detergents clean just as well at this temperature. Conserve water by always washing a full load. To remove stains use an ecological stain remover.
Wash garments inside out - to prevent the surface fibres from breaking.
Do not bleach - chlorine bleach will damage the fabric of your Silverstick garments.
Iron warm - never iron on a print, but turn the garment inside out and then iron as normal.
Do not dry clean - Silverstick garments should be home laundered as standard.
Do not tumble dry - natural drying on a line or rack will significantly reduce the amount of energy used in the aftercare process of your Silverstick garments.
